I liked this hotel very much. It’s location is wonderful and it is relatively new and modern hotel. The staff are very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect. However I would recommend if few things could be changed as if you are on business trip then time is very important. For example, instead of having a one iron room with only two iron board, you can place iron and iron board in the room like all other hotels. I had to stand for 20 min to iron my shirt.
Also you guys can have some good services in IT instead of just having a small printer in the corner as sometime we need bit more such as scanner.response / report this review -

We stayed for 3 nights for a short city break in the Hague / Scheveningen. Overall we were very pleased with the hotel, the rooms are comfortable and convenient, we enjoyed the tasty breakfast and we liked the "living room" concept, in particular with our 3 year old. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right in the main shopping street with tram stops very close by, so you can easily get to all the main attractions. The only downsides we found the rather hard bed and the limited shelf space for storing one's clothes. I requested a mattress topper for the second night, which resolved the hard bed issue, so if you don't like a hard bed, I would recommend asking for one before your arrival.

The hotel has a modern, casual approach. Nice 'living room' lobby, modern, spacious rooms with clever kitchenette.
The sustainability initiatives deserve praise, but one part of them, the 'Acting Here' program has problems. The program promises to reward you with a 5 Euro voucher if you decide not to have your room made up and cleaned on any day during your stay. Good way to save resources! The voucher promises a 5 Euro discount on your 'tap' (I'm sure they mean 'tab') in the bar or in their restaurant. BUT: this is somewhat deceptive, as it turns out this excluded breakfast! This is not mentioned anywhere but as the verbal explanation goes, the discount can only be applied to menu items on the blackboard. And breakfast is not on it! This really should be made clear in advance; I felt deceived when I found outresponse / report this review -

We loved our short time at this hotel. We loved the concept o the Living Room. Our children were happy with the kids area and fruit on each table. We liked the informal atmosphere when we checked in. The staff were really helpful, engaging and friendly. Our Suite was excellent and cleverly designed. The beds really comfortable. All mod cons available. All in all, a really positive experience and we will DEFINITELY be staying in this hotel again.

I had a great experience, so much that I will make this hotel my prime spot to stay for my next visit to the Hague. The room is comfortable, big enough for two people, nice size bathroom and all the necessary amenities I wished for. The only thing I kinda missed was the iron and iron board in the room but I understood that there was a special room for this. However I didn't make use of it since I didn't want to leave my room at that time to iron. The staff went out of their way to give a tremendous service from the moment I arrived until I left. Thumbs up!

Perfect for our 3 night stay in The Hague. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. Nice relaxed environment but at the same time efficient. Everywhere was very clean. I liked the option of declining cleaner coming to room and earning £5 voucher!
Coffee at breakfast could be better and hairdryers in room need to be more powerful.response / report this review -

Rooms are big, common areas are boring.. you can get some drinks but there's no actual bar maybe good for long stays as you get a kitchenette and larger room
