  De bistro is oer gezellig en de bediening uiterst vriendelijk. Goede kaart en prima wijnkaart. De ligging aan de Holterberg in dit prachtige gebied is echt en aanrader.

  I was treated like a real VIP. This is a superb thatched hotel surrounded by countryside and woodland but yet only a 2 minute walk into the town of Holten.
  
  The service is exceptional with staff making everyone feeling really welcome and attention to even the smallest detail.
  
  The room was perfectly decorated, soft lighting and a well stocked bathroom. Everything was clean and inviting.
  
  Breakfast was a large buffet of hot and cold options, regularly replenished and will presented. Additionally, the staff ensure you have an endless supply of tea add coffee!
  
  The manager Remco made a point of greeting the guests personally, which is a rare, but very welcome gesture.
  
  I would recommend this hotel to anybody! 5*

  Wanted to book into the hotel when we arrived. Had room rate from Trip Advisor of €75 and manager insisted rate was €120 per night and pushed a tariff card under my nose. He then left me while he attended to his more important guests. Very poor start, so I left and then checked into 't Losse Hoes just up the road. Wow, what a difference in attitude, and a wonderful place too!!!
