Both the quotation and the final execution were well taken care of.
The installation of the rain shower and the (descaling) magnet was done neatly and professionally. The possible solutions were communicated directly and openly.response / report this review -

Nous solved heating leakage in our house in Breda, eventually by renewing the radiator in the kitchen and they also replaced the control panel of the toilet while other companies had told me that that panel was no longer available.
Nous is now our "house plumber" for our house in Breda!

Compliment for Nous installation. Due to a malfunction in the boiler, I called in help from Nous installation, during the holidays but no problem, the mechanic came, did an hour of work, but the mechanic was not really happy but I had hot water. It later turned out that the fault was caused by Remeha's boiler and not by Nous. Out of leniency I received a bill that I didn't have to pay anything for an hour's work. That is a reflection of how Nous is, honest and correct !! Thank you.

You expect the process of acceptance of the order, quotation offer, quotation acceptance by the customer and the correct execution of the assignment to proceed without any disturbances. Diverse keren gebeld in verband met reparaties. Kreeg telkens te horen: 'klanten gaan voor'. Ook beloften om terug te bellen werden niet nagekomen.
