Would give them less than 1 star if I could, have been waiting now for 2 months for the plumbers to get back to me about my kitchen sink being clogged. Came for one inspection and then never heard back from them again despite calling about 15 different times.

I was satisfied with the service in terms of equipment and the preparedness. However the communication was quite poor, there was no explanation or no sharing of information. Just because they stayed 34 minutes, they wanted to charge more than the regular fee which is for 30 minutes. I did not want to accept this but i was given no choice not a real explanation. So although they only served me on the kitchen sink and nothing else i was charged more than the fair amount.

Tevreden over de eerste telefonisch contact met goede uitleg en eveneens over de verwachte kosten. De medewerker kwam zelf eerder dan de gestelde tijd en ging meteen professioneel aan de slag. Nog binnen een half uur is de opstopping opgelost. Gaf goede tips om problemen te voorkomen.
Zeker een aanrader.

Took a day off. Nobody showed up. After trying to get through the hotline for quite some time I was told that somebody tried inform me about a cancellation the evening before. Neither did I receive a call at any point nor have I been informed via E-Mail. Next appointment option a week later

LAZY WORKERS. First called on Monday morning after signs that our shower drain might be blocked up. They came later in the afternoon, the plumber quickly checked a few things, decided that the toilet needed a quick pump and that was it–despite me insisting the toilet was not the issue.

Drain filled up worse on Wednesday night so I called again on Thursday. Plumber came in looked around briefly and told us it was because of the weather, too much rain apparently. We insisted he at least try and use the rooting machine seeing as he was there, apparently he didn't bring it. He just wanted to go home. On Friday the drain filled up again, we called on Saturday morning and were told no one would help us and we needed to call again on Monday.

Then, on Sunday night the flood came. The drain filled up and filled half our house with an inch of water. We called again to only be told we had to wait till Monday—despite insisting that our house had filled up with water! We called our housing company out of desperation—as it was continuing to fill up, now with actual sewage from other apartments. They finally arranged someone to come at 3am. Ironically it was the guy who first came on the Monday. As he began sending the rooter down to finally unblock the drain, he commented, "I should have done this on Monday".

After all that, we were left with ruined laminate floor, a couple of waterlogged pieces of furniture and 3 nights worth of clean up. USELESS COMPANY

This company is absolutely awful. We have had a clogged bathroom drain since last Sunday -- eight days ago. I first called the next day, Monday, to make an appointment and was given a Wednesday window from 12-1800. The plumber never showed up and I was never contacted. I called on Wednesday after 1800 and was given another 12-1800 window for Friday. The plumber did not show up until after 1900 and then left a few minutes later without doing anything to unclog the sink. He made no attempt to remove the bottom of the basin -- something I was able to easily do -- and refused to snake the pipe because he said the crystals we used in the drain were not safe for one week. I called the company, was informed that he was wrong and that five days was more than enough time to wait, and was told that a different plumber would be out to help us this evening. We explained that we had a small child who needed to go to sleep, so we were promised that the new plumber would be out no later than 2130. The plumber did not show up by 2130, and when we called again we were told that the plumber would come at some unspecified time even later that night. Because that was not acceptable, for reasons we had already explained, we rescheduled again for today, Monday, from 12-1800. This was the third day that one of us has to take off work. And once again the plumber didn't show and the company didn't contact us. Avoid this company! Pay more if you have to. RRS Diemen simply cannot be trusted.
