  The hotel lies in the beautiful historic village of Ballum. The historic cafe has been extended with a stylish hotel and restaurant. The menu consist of up-to-date dishes for dinner and drink, all served by a very friendly staff

  We had a small lunch in Nobel. Because of the season it was rather quiet, but there was enough attention from the staff. The ambiance was local traditional but around the corner of the brown cafe it was very modern. Lunch was served fast and the food was fresh.
