Rooms are generally ok, but not enough light. The bathrooms could get some improvement. The staff does not speak a word in English. However, everybody speaks german. Not the most friedly and welcoming guys are working here. Breakfast quality is fine.

Relatively nice place in a pretty setting offering decent food, but with bad service. Staff people are often really rude, generally slow, nomaccommodating and unhelpful. Rooms are not being cleaned, towels and bedding not being changed. No shampoo, soap or shower gel in the bathroom, you have to ask for it at the reception. Pool is good and open till 11pm.

Het hotel is hard toe aan een grondige modernisering. Personeel is vriendelijk, maar te veel is gedateerd. Daar is de prijs dan ook naar. Ik geef liever wat meer uit op een andere plek.

In principe een prima hotel met vriendelijke bediening. Het hotel vertoont wel hier en daar veroudering zoals de bad/douchecombinatie. Ook de hotelkamers vertonen duidelijk tekenen van veroudering. Het meubilair is echt aan vervanging toe. Ook geen 2-persoons bedden. De bedden liggen echter wel goed. Het ontbijt was niet meer dan redelijk.

We stayed for 1 night. For the price the facilities could use a renewal. The rooms are dark, the evelator scary and some things don't look so well maintained. The personnel and the people working there where great. Top quality services and quite ok food. In short: 3 for the facilities, 4 for the personnel and services and 3 for the money for quality.

Kind staff but for a 4 star hotel and €110 per night, you expect a bit more of the rooms. Can use an update. Restaurant and bar have a great ambiance.
