Pleasant place, great location - very close to the station and center, nice and helpful staff, environmentally friendly hotel, clean and reasonably large rooms, satisfactory breakfast buffet.

Good central location. Decent sized room. Bed on soft side (prefer firmer mattress). Staff friendly and helpful. Extensive choice at breakfast and open for a long time.

Accidentally I didn't have a reservation (and due to my delayed flight I came after midnight). The room was available for 1st night only. However, the receptionist managed to keep the room for me for another night. Many thanks!

I had again a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff is always nice and happy to help. The location is great and the rooms on the higher floors have a nice view.

Stylish hotel in easy reach of all of The Hague's attractions- staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Rooms and general appearance of the hotel were very clean and modern. Food was good and suited a family ranging from age 8 up. Location was good, easy walk to city centre for shops and the Hagues brilliant markets and next to a tram stop for visits to the beach.

The hotel was nice with a modern interior and reception area. There is some construction happening next door which you can't hear in the hotel, but does make it difficult to get to and spoils the view somewhat. The location is pretty good, located right by a tram stop but also within walking distance of most of the major attractions of the city. We were put in a twin room even though we booked a double, but as we were there only one night didn't mention it to reception staff. We were offered auto check out, but there is a clause that states you accept the outgoing invoice, which when we checked included breakfast for two at €40 although we expressly declined this at check in.

I really liked the hotel. Unbeatable location, friendly staff, clean, well-equipped rooms, nice breakfast. I would recommend it and would definitely stay again.
One thing that I especially liked: that the room already had an iron and ironing board. It is something I use every time I am on a business trip.response / report this review -

A good hotel. Near to the Den Haag centrum, central library and bazar. Opposite of Film House with comfortable rooms. I am enjoying the breakfast.

Good business hotel. Quiet, close to the centre. Fast roomservice with excellent food. Biggest bath tub i've ever seen in a hotel.

Nice hotel, good location. Room was clean and comfortable, but a bit confused why the shower cubicle has a "viewing window" that allows you to see into the shower from the main part of the room! There's a blind for it, but still seems a bit odd

Very pleased about my stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is magnificent, right in the city centre. There was a man screaming on the street, we called the reception and they took care of the situation. Great!
