Rooms are very good, shuttle bus for the airport is nice and only costed us 5€. Its only 20 mins from the dam square.

Very clean and nice rooms. The bathroom was especially clean. The room service food was great. Easy to travel into the city center by bus from the hotell. Take the hotel shuttle bus to the hotel from Schipol if arriving by plane, it is much cheaper than taxi. Friendly and helpful staff.

I was quite surprised with the elevator at the other wing which looks traditional but still working very well despite the size.

Unlike any other hotel that I have stayed in Europe, this hotel only requires key card to enter. The power is on and controlled inside the room without a key card.

Room is quite spacious and still very comfortable to stay in. Free wifi available as well.

Hotel soso, staff great. The hotel is extremely difficult to locate in the dark as it does not have an illuminated sign. Should you not be staying on the ground floor you have to walk the full length of the hotel to get the lift to the other 2 stories. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. I did notice some aircraft noise at night.

Comfortable hotel not too far from the center (one bus connects it). Close to a park/lake is ideal for morning runs. Nice breakfast and nice rooms

The hotel is quite far from the city center, (30-45 min) if you take public transport. The rooms are nice, clean and have nice furniture. The staff is nice too. There is nothing close to the hotel except for the highway and a gas station.
One thing that bothered me was that there were shuttle buses the whole night which left on their engine every time they waited. This was exactly under the window of my room and therefore very annoying.

Had dinner here during a business meeting. The menu is quite small but the food is excellent. Next to that they are willing to serve something else if they are notified in advance. Also this dish was tasty!

Clean hotel with limited services. Had to upgrade my room to a higher class to have something put in the minibar (first time ever I had that problem). Constructions ongoing 8-18 hrs. and elevator not in operation for those reasons. Still charged full price. Limited breakfast buffet.

The Hotel and facilities are very nice, the room was very clean and modern with a comfortable bed. The location is pretty good as it's a five minute walk from the bus stop where buses come every 12 minutes which take you into central Amsterdam. The only drawbacks are that the room had only a shower and not a bath and the location does mean that getting into central Amsterdam takes around 50 minutes. Overall had a great stay, the staff were very helpful and spoke good English. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people wanting to visit the city the of Amsterdam

Good enough. However, it's very very far from the city center, there's nothing to do nearby and if you want to go anywhere, you are limited to the choice of transportation. You can only take the bus and it passes at random times, nothing close to what it says at the bus stop. The hotel is nice, but I wouldn't recommend it if you want to visit the city center often.

Very lovely hotel. Was able to get a room with no reservation, from the airport. Free shuttle, to & fro. Checked in at 10am after a long flight and was allowed to go right to my room. There was construction at my visit. Minor, only negative.

Had some lunch here. let's start of with the stating that is is normally terrific here. But this time lunchanged was not served at the same time to the group (half an hour in between). Causing lunch for the first to be cold. Eggs were requested to be baked throughout but they were still fluid inside. All and all not perfect but drinks were removed from the bill which was an excellent solution. Do not let this review scare you going there. We come here often and it is always terrific!
