This hotel has a great location in the center. Very near to the Teylers Museum, Great Market and the Golden Streets (for shopping). Staff is very friendly. There are signs that breakfast can be very busy at the later hours, but that was not the case now. Beds were a little too soft for our taste.

really noisy in front of the street. People at the reception do the job, nothing more. Breakfast is Correct. No great, not bad, correct. The price is pretty good for a hotel in the city center. Too bad there is no close bus station, you need to walk 10 minutes but it's ok. It's possible to have a card for the gym, but I was never able to have it.But I came back because it's nice after all. :)

Very decent hotel near the St. Back church in Haarlem. Comfortable and, anecdotically, great coffee and hot chocolate in the rooms!

Very clean rooms and great service. Rooms were modern and the lobby was quaint. Location is amazing Lots of bars and restaurants around and only 10min walk to the train station.

REALLY good location. Otherwise it's a bit tired. Mattress too soft and pillows too firm. Would go back just for location if nothing better available Don't have breakfast here - go to local cafes. Had bike hire which is very useful in busy times

This is a quiet hotel in the middle of Haarlem and it's ready to walk pretty much anywhere from here, even places like the train station. The room was not the nicest and basically had no view even though I was on the top floor.
