Contacting Ramon was easily the BEST decision we made in the entire house-hunting process. Before Ramon, we had been looking for a house for a few years with various different makelaars, but had almost given up hope of finding a house that even came close to what we were looking for. From the very beginning, Ramon was professional and responsive. His practical and level-headed approach made us instantly trust him as someone who would have our best interest in mind. Due to his experience as an appraiser and buying/selling makelaar, his knowledge of the market is well-rounded, making his advice invaluable. Solely based off my own experience with Ramon, I have a feeling that his reputation is well-known in Den Haag and that gave us a competitive edge in this seller's market. Without a doubt, the ONLY reason why we have our "dream" house today is because of Ramon's professionalism!

Ramon has been a delight to work with and I wholeheartedly recommend using Meesters Makelaars. Ramon ensured the whole house-buying process was smooth from start to finish and that everything was delivered as promised. He has been very communicative, answered all our questions promptly, and we particularly appreciated the extra effort Ramon went to in order to ensure we fully understood all the Dutch language contracts & forms that could not be translated into English.

We hired Ramon Meesters to assist us in buying our apartment last year. Ramon was always professional and displayed a thorough understanding of the local real estate market. On the day we would sign the contract, Ramon spotted a few issues in the house we were about to buy. He promptly proposed an agreement with the seller to compensate for it. At the notary, Ramon made sure that the issue was well documented and acknowledged by all parties. Without Ramon, the issue would have been gone unnoticed and we would have had to resolve it by ourselves. Therefore, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ramon.
