As mr. Puttiger also stated: Mr. M. de Vries is a rushed man. Smooth and disinterested.

Quickly appraise a "house" and especially not too much work with subsequent errors in the report

By telephone, an employee of H & dV already gives the appraisal value and then see in the report that the value has decreased anyway Just an ex. VAT. amount as incl.b.t.w. and after making a correction, do not estimate the value of the house higher, but make a note that the renovation has been started too expensive (there will soon be almost a whole new house, but mister thinks this is cheaper).

Our mortgage advisor had used H & dV for the valuation and we went blindly with this I hope that future potential customers do research in advance and make their choice based on these and other reviews.

We strongly advise against it.

Worthless communication, M. De Vries makes a mistake with appraisal and can't remember anything. Setup during appraisal is rushed and therefore this man does not listen well and errors occur. So make good and verifiable agreements because this man can act just like Prime Minister Rutte (I can't remember). Invoice and reminders are sent very quickly and correctly. Appraisal report itself is ok, just a pity that the amount is not correct.

Expensive (Provision! & Little service, relevant information was not given during the visit.
Furthermore, a non-customer-oriented experience.
At the same time the colleagues exchanged time and time again and that does not feel good and they were not too busy (too few houses in the sale were the problem) All in all enough others! Mooijekind de Vleut for example and PUUR brokers! Good experiences with it!

Great experience with the team of Hugtenburg & de Vries! They have a very pleasant positive approach. Even though the market was hard we always felt confident we would find our house with them.
