We were not sure when we started to hire them as our property manager. However, after a few months using their service, we became the biggest fan. They are efficient, honest and friendly. We encountered many issues with our tenant, but the property manager is always available and clear in their communication. I think not only the property manager helps the landlord, he also helps the tenant to find a solution when request is reasonable. The house we have had some maintenace issues, and the property manager always get back to us quickly with multiple options for quotation. We save so much energy and time because of them. I recommend them 100%.
