Cosy, warm pub located in a great area. Very good burgers and a huge choice of bottled and tap beers. Loved it!

Excellent service and they often host pub-quizzes which even though I always finish in second place are a lot of fun. Food is good as well with decent veggie options.

We walked in and were welcomed by the friendliest staff I think I have ever encountered! the owner served us and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, we tried many beers that were absolutely delicious, and the food was AMAZING! all ingredients are local and fresh. When the bill came we could not believe how cheap it was, considering we got 2 entrees, 4 beers and one tasty desert. Absolutely recommend this place :)

The moment we walked in the Manager Franz made us incredibly comfortable. Inviting us up to sit at the bar he was the quintessential Dutch host, generous with his excellent selection of beer, whiskey and good humour. The type of pub you read about in guide books really. A fantastic experience and everything you could look for in a genuine Amsterdam watering hole.
