I stayed here for a few nights and would never do it again. The staff seemed friendly at first but when I requested them to fix something in my room the got annoyed because I asked them several times to do so. From then on, they were rude to us and always kept us waiting when we needed something from the front desk.
The rooms were overpriced compared to what yo actually got and also stuffy. Furthermore, you could hear everything in the night since it is a wooden house. The cherry on the top was that they charged us for allegedly broken things. Needless to say that this was a horror experience.

We got a room at the third floor and there is no elevator. The rooms were dirty and there were only two tiny windows to let air circulation. Wifi doesn't work well.
The staff is friendly and kind.
The location is good (it's right in front of the river)
The price is not right for the services of this hotel that doesn't have gym or any other extra.

Nice and cosy place near the city center of Maastricht. My mom stayed there for 4 days and had only good things to say. Breakfast is a bit expensive, so would recommend getting that somewhere in the town

There was nothing that was a trouble to all the staff. After an initial problem with the room for 3 of us it was sorted even though it was a busy time very courteously.
The breakfast was lovely and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

we booked a 2 night stay here today and yesterday. It was to be our final leg on a great holiday. Sadly we had to cancel due through a bereavement.
This cannot be planned and therefore we couldnt give them notice but on the day of arrival. Dont expect any sympathy or even city tax refund, nothing, not even a stay at a later date was offered. Be warned.
