Neat and tidy. Bit expensive but good facilities, breakfast, luggage rooms, co operative staff. Better to pre book the rooms.

The hotel is comfortable, and the staff nice. I've had a few problems with my key card reader on the door not working, but I still had access, after a few tries. The room has two twin beds placed next to each other, and a small (quite small) desk in one corner. The shower is roomy enough for the job, though the hot water seems a bit schizophrenic about maintaining one temperature.

Very good location that is just 5-10mins walk to the city centre and about a 15-20mins walk to Maastricht Station. Hotel staff were very helpful in answering our queries. Rooms are generally clean and spacious but lack certain amenities (shavers, toothbrushes, bedroom slippers etc.).
