  After I have paid the bill immediately, I receive a reminder to pay up to four times. And explain every time that I have already paid. Oh yes that was the case, and then a few weeks later another reminder.

  Pros:
  +Quick reservation confirmation, including an addition that was sent via email.
  + Thoughts about the floor plates to be ordered: initially reserved an unsuitable floor for a 10x5 army tent.
  +Rental army tent (5x10m) and good quality pegs, except for a square in the roof.
  +Refrigerator smelled a bit weird, but did the job just fine!
  
  Cons:
  -Preferred delivery time -also available on the reservation confirmation- at 3:00 PM. However, no delivery at 5 p.m. After calling, the equipment would "certainly" be there before 6 p.m. Finally had to wait until about 6.50 pm for the delivery to arrive! (initially the driver was at the wrong address, but continued to insist that he was "in front of the house"). Very unfortunate as people have applied for leave from all over the country to be there between 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
  -Not reachable after 5.15 pm, even if the delivery has not taken place.
  -Floor plates of the army tent were of poor quality; puzzle to keep holes and shaky plates out of the walkway and away from tables and chairs.
  -Requested a guaranteed waterproof tent due to electronics that came to be in the tent, but unfortunately there was a square in the roof of about 5cm. Fortunately, there is duct tape.
  - Collection of the rented property moved from Monday to Tuesday due to "huge crowds". Judging by the amount of reviews with the same complaint, we need to respond better to this.
  - Sent an email with my displeasure, but no response back.
  
  For us at least the last time we rented from Hettema. Next time again at Vogelzang Donkerbroek; so far only good experiences with it.

  Rented a large tent, reserved in time, but in the end it turned out to be no longer available. Herrema has solved this with a larger size at the same price. On delivery came a terribly rusty fridge that did not close properly, tables and chairs were not delivered in the afternoon as agreed but late in the evening. Had to put them in themselves, said the driver.
  
  The tent was supposed to be taken down on Monday but this was postponed to Tuesday or Wednesday .
  
  No one saw on Wednesday, unkind employee on the phone said that it was not possible to get to the tent due to staff shortages.
  Kindly summoned to pick up the tent on Thursday.
  
  Thursday terribly unkind staff blocked our access road to the farm with cars and trailers no one could get in or out. Asked several times not to block the exit but this fell on deaf ears.
  We were snubbed.
  
  So hettema no longer visits our site. †
  
  July 8 just an update
  
  It is now Friday and Hettema has still not made an attempt to get the inventory from our parking lot . Unheard of that after last week they are using our site as storage again without consultation.
  
  July 9th after consultation everything has been picked up

  Unfriendly customer service. Sent an email with everything I need and what on which days, never got an email back. Called and was told that they don't do orders by mail and just threw my mail away.

  Rented a party tent and heaters. Heaters worked fine, but the marquee was drama. Especially about the service not to speak. At first there were no pegs and guy ropes. Can happen, of course, but contacting the company seemed impossible.
  
  Finally someone on the phone after half an hour, who came across as very grumpy and asked if we could call back later. Since the tent had to be ready that same evening, this was not possible. In the end, it was requested to collect the missing items from the company itself. Once arrived, the door was not opened and a lot of telephone traffic had to be used to finally be able to go home with the stuff.
  
  The quality of the material was okay, but not great for this price. All in all glad we had a tent, but next time we'll rent elsewhere.
