STAY AWAY!
I placed an order online with Reclameland and it took one month for them to tell me that they were delayed in the production and only after 6 weeks I received my order. The notepads arrived in VERY BAD SHAPE! The printing looks cheap and the paper was wet! They didn’t even pack it correctly when they shipped it, because it came in a cheap envelope. DON’T throw your money away with them! When I called to report how I received the notepads they said they would NOT give me a refund and they did not even apologize. STAW AWAY!

I payed 10 euro's extra on a 30 euro order to get it here quickly. They printed it wrong. took me 2 days before they would finally send me a new one, because my complaint was being "handled"

Finally they sent me a new one, also with rush. The thing get's delayed! Now it's already a whole week later, leaving me with orders to pack and no product.

I can understand mistakes. But delaying a rush order, that was intended to replace a previous rush order, that was botched up because of their mistake, is just ridiculous.

Ordered something that I needed quickly, even payed the extra €10 euro's on the €30 euro product. They print the other side upside down, leaving me with a product I can not use. Now I'm left waiting on them reading my complaint, while already starting to miss my deadline. So yeah. Great

The worst experience. Order came later than it was supposed to, when it finally did there were ink stains on every cover (do you even check it before shipping?). Paper was not the kind I chose. And I could be okay with all that but I’m waiting for my reprint for already 10 days. Which makes the whole order almost 2 weeks late. Unbelievable.

The attached email speaks for itself. On the phone the person promised that the urgent order will be delivered the next day. The order did not come on the promised date. They did not even bother to inform about the delay. I had to call myself to check the situation. Their delivery reached after the event and I still had to pay 300 Euros for a banner, which I was never able to use.
When taking orders they do not mention that there is no grantee. When they do not fulfill their promise then they tell that there is no grantee and make you read their terms and condition where in article 10 it states that they not responsible for anything.
Rude, uncooperative and completely insensitive staff who does not care that there false claims can be harmful for other people. This is my first ever review on google. Imagine how unhappy I am.
