Bad service, we had to ask for the waitress to come over to our table, also the tables were not very clean and some of the menu items were not being served

Love this museum. Mental health and art. And good lectures and exhibitions. The cafe has great food and the terras outside is beautiful. Always having a inspiring time visiting this museum. Near to station Haarlem. 5 minutes walk.

Love the idea that the restaurant is partly run by people with a certain disability wanting to get back to work. The whole warm atmosphere I felt in the museum and the restaurant was that we should avoid the prejudice against mental illnesses. Everyone should visit. It is difficult to explain :)

Nice and interesting museum but it's a pity all explanations and guides are only available in Dutch..

Great short overview concerning 'sane or insane'? Loved it.

You better learn some Dutch before you go there - but it's a very unusual (in a good way) experience otherwise

An interesting and original museum about psychiatry. Apart from the exposition it was quite interesting to know the history of the place, an old hospital. I was lucky to take a private tour with a friend, guide in the museum, or I would have missed many details, so specially for non-dutch speakers I really recommend a guided tour.
