Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Good sized rooms but poor regarding services offered from the hotel. Good cleanliness throughout the hotel. Didn't have breakfast except for some coffee and juices.

Not worth the price we paid. The place was tiny and it had a lot of small maintenance issues that needed addressing. Beds were not good for someone who moves around at night and certainly not a great choice for sexual activities. Then there were plumbing problems. One perhaps an isolated incident but the other was a terrible smell they seemed all to prepared for with aggressive fragrances.

Perfect place to stay in Amsterdam. Outside of the hustle and bustle but close enough for an easy walk to the city center. Staff was great too. Would definitely stay again!

This is great low-budget hotel. The rooms are small, but nice. There is a hairdryer and TV. It is with a great location, close to the city center and the museum area. I would recommend it.

I love this hotel. The location is a bit far from the city center (to some, it's a negative) which is great for someone who hates the tourist crowd and would prefer to experience the city for what it truly is. The staff are super friendly and extremely accommodating. A special shout out to Hidde from reception for fulfilling a ridiculously outrageous request with a smile and a sense of humor! (a celebrity photo under my pillow) The reception is 24hrs in a safe neighborhood. The room was clean and simplistic. Highly recommend and would definitely be back, if not for the room.. for the staff. ;)

It's about a 15 min walk to town. Got lost a few times. Hotel itself had nice staff. Room was rather small and the heating didn't work until someone came to fix it and the shower was freezing jump in and out type. Other that that it's good
