The rooms are dirty: there's dust on the bed frame and window frame. The AC in the room is not heating at all and cooling is not accurate and also you're unable to open the windows! There's mold everywhere around the shower, especially on the walls. The noise on the street is not muffled at all and prevents a good nights sleep. Cleaning staff don't vacuum the floor in the rooms nor polish the tables I don't know who assigned 4* to this hotel but must have been wrong. Don't stay here if you have other options.

Good hotel option in Eindhoven, very close to the Central Station! The location is also great, in the middle of the city center. Very good breakfast and friendly staff. Unfortunately their gym is not so great and they don't have bicycles but still is my favorite hotel in Eindhoven.

Good clean hotel friendly staff, but get anything you want included like breakfast etc. €18.50 for breakfast is steep.

I did not like this hotel at all. Many small negatives pile up to a big negative.
Cons:
-Terrible breakfast.
-Poorly designed rooms, such as:
-Bathroom threshold that will stub your toe.
Showerhead is over the slanted side of the tub.
-Separate hot and cold water knobs on sink, which is particularly annoying because the hot water is dangerously scalding hot.
-Pull cord light switch in the bathroom which is surprisingly difficult to find in the middle of the night.
-Had to walk to Holiday Inn for my shuttle. I'd rather just stay at the Holiday Inn, it's a much better hotel.
Pros:

Nice staff and good breakfast. Would have been better the windows could be opened up in the rooms. Only airco in the rooms and no fresh air. Overall nice experience.

It's a great hotel in the middle of the city. Its really easy to get there by train and we can go anywhere we want from the hotel.

Hotel is in a great location, not to far from the train station and close to the restaurant and shops in the town centre. Clean rooms with all the amenities that are required, breakfast was good.

Nice hotel, big rooms and nice staff. Lacks a gym and a proper breakfast. But for the price you can't really go wrong. Parking is available across the street. Staff help you out as much as possible,and will happily point you in the correct direction, or offer advice where is good to eat

The crown is a nice hotel. Breakfast is nice. Bed is comfortable and staff are very helpful. Good location in the center of Eindhoven 5 minute walk from the station.

Great location, close to shopping, dining, public transport. Exec room has great furnishings and decor. Bath is tiny, but functional. Staff has been friendly and very accommodating.
