So I am writing this from a local bar, which happens to provide at least a preferable alternative to a park bench.

I made a reservation at 3BE, and after phoning to explain why I needed to check in late in the evening, travelled from Rotterdam to Eindhoven and power walked down the the hostel to make the midnight check-in cut-off.

I arrived shortly before midnight, and found the doors locked, nobody at reception, and nobody answering the phone. After waiting outside for about 20 minutes, I have since been searching for the latest-opening venue in Eindhoven to stay inside rather than wait for my flight in the cold.

I am incredulous at the lack of concern for the basic comfort or wellbeing of it's guests that this hostel demonstrates, and would encourage the staff to in future uphold the schedule that they set so that people do not end up in the position I am in!

Miserably disappointing.

Breakfast 5e, locker 2e, towel 2e, bike 10e, laundry 5e, can of beer 2e. Airport shuttle 10e per person. Hostel has a nice relax area. Quiet location.
Only two power outlets in the room so bring strip if you can.

Really good hostel. Inexpensive, but clean band comfortable. Space to hang out as well in the hostel and a really nice dog! About 5-10 minutes from the centre, 15 from the train station so well located

I stayed at this hostel for seven days with a big group of people. The rooms have no windows and are really suffocating. The worse of all is the owner who appears unwilling to help with simple practicalities, eg swapping beds between people or checking in for friends who arrive later at night when the reception is closed. I had a specifically bad experience after making an indirect comment about the breakfast, he turned out violent in various ways. To be fair, I will mention the good points: the bathrooms are clean, the hole building is quiet at night and the location is good.

One-night stay at the hostel: cheap, clean and simple. Well organised, beds were fine, late-night entrance was convenient. Did not use the available breakfast or shower, but they seemed perfectly fine.

Very clean hostel, good location and nice cosy atmosphere. Only complaint is smoking area during summer can be like a sauna.

Awesome stay! Simple rooms of course. I received the key to the door, which was good, this way I could enter the B&B when I wanted. At the enterance there is a pool table and lounge area. This is really great to meet people, most of them will be travellers and are very social. I met nice Italians in the smokers lounge and we ended up being in the same room as well.
