Stayed at hotel Guldenberg as an overnight guests for three nights for the second time. Part of a group of professionals attending an exercise. The hotel is located at a nice location in the forest close the "de IJzeren man". Overall it's an OK place to stay, despite the building being a bit dated. Especially the smaller one person budget rooms are not up to par for the average guest. The double/renovated rooms are generally better. The food: wow. Breakfast is fine, dinner is above expectations.

Was here on a training. Staff was very friendly and the food was great. Rooms are a bit old fashioned, but the bed was comfy enough. Great place to go hiking.

The food is superb, even the simple dishes are a delight. They just renovated the food section, very classy. It is in the middle of nowhere which is good of you want peace or if you want to study or follow a training , you can also do long walks in the woods here.
