Although the facial was lovely, slightly underwhelming, the massage was extremely disappointing. Lovely environment but not value for the high expense. Very disappointed.

Guerlain Spa is the best spa and massage center I have ever visited in Amsterdam. It feels very intimate and private. Very high quality, luxurious area, very professional ! The staff welcomes you in a lovely way with lots of attention, always open to hear about your wishes, and very flexible. The quality of massage is very good. The spa area is fantastic, you almost have the area for yourself, as it is on appointment only. Great Experience, I highly recommend !

Decided to treat myself in Amsterdam and booked treatment. Great decision. Staff were friendly and were super in explaining my options, great spa facility, and treatment was excellent. Overall a great experience!
