Free bar in the room was a nice touch and the room was very nice, however it wasn’t as good as the photos, restaurant was too expensive to even consider. And there were hidden costs like taxes and the expensive deposit

Lovely hotel on the edge of the museum quarter, the staff were brilliant and room was lovely with a bubble bath, nespresso machine and large bed with a TV at the end (we upgraded to a superior room when booking so this may not be standard ). We liked the quieter environment but it is at least a 30 min walk to central station, there is a tram stop nearby (number 5) which will take you right into the centre if you prefer not to walk. Walking in Amsterdam can be a little hazardous as the cyclists are firmly in charge of all walk-able areas .

Everything was great, the staff was very helpful. The airlines lost our luggage and they were so helpful in communicating witb the airport and helpi g us locate it. Gave us essentials until we got our bag back! The location wasn't bad at all since there's a tram stop within 5 min of walking distance. Loved our stay here, and would definitely do it again next time.

My wife and I stayed here on our Honeymoon and was one of the best hotels we stayed in the whole trip. Just outside the museum district, 15 minute walk to Van Gogh and the Rijksmuseum. The staff were wonderful, upgrading us to an executive suite, champagne and paid minibar as well. Room was awesome and modernized. Highly recommended

Happy with the stay. It is a bit of a walk to the city centre, about 40-50 minutes walk, but if you don't mind that, it's no problem. Good selection of shops around the hotel, and a couple of minutes walk away to the tram to the city centre. Our room was one of the deluxe ones. Mattress of the twin bed was a bit thin, the air-conditioning was a little bit noisy and no heat on the bathroom floor. But none of this took away from the stay. Service was good, reception quite helpful with any inquiries, and the house keeping was good. Would recommend a stay if you don't mind living a bit outside the centre. Quiet neighborhood, not much noise outside.

Clean, modern room with mini bar and drink making facilities. 10 mins walk to tram stop. Approx 20 min tram ride to central. Very friendly staff. Not many restaurants, bars or cafe directly near hotel. Would recommend

Not quiet a 5 star but a very good hotel, not right in the centre can not fault the staff very helpful will be come back here if I'm in Amsterdam again.

It was so quiet & calming stay i had here for a night, choose room with jacuzzi and when i came round 10pm to sleep my room was set for my own opera calming music😊lovely
Though i hope they also have pool inside but the price for a night is quiet expensive without breakfast included

Not a 5-star hotel. This is a typical business hotel, with a decent restaurant. At €100 per night it's only an okay deal for an executive room. There are better options in Amsterdam.

Room: old school and somewhat worn. Included minibar had only 6 items. Some beers, cheap wine and a pringels package. Fairly small bathroom. Room service menu was hopeless with 4 items.

Common areas: Decent bar and friendly staff. Limited bar menu but nothing as bad as the room service menu.

Would not stay again.

I had the deluxe room for 4 nights for a business trip. I found the room cold and the maximum you can get out of the temp control is 22C. I requested a portable heater but it makes the room dry. The room also faces the main street which means it can be noisy in the early morning with people travelling to work. I did ask for a non-street facing room but oh well

The room is otherwise clean and the bathroom has a good size tub.

Btw, no complimentary water really surprised me. I took a bottle from the minibar but had to pay for it.
