In the few times that I have been here nothing but praise. Went in today and everyone is friendly and smiling. The girl treating me, Lisette was really nice and we had a great chat which makes the time go fast and I was out before I knew it, with smooth legs! Last time as well, clean and thorough, my legs are soft and feeling great! thanks!

Great example of what BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE can look like - my appointment got cancelled last minute which I can understand, but the way I was treated was just ridiculous. I got there just to be told an email has been sent out to inform me my appointment has been cancelled, although I haven't received anything, just to hear the silliest comment ever "Did you check your spam?!". The ladies haven't done ANYTHING to keep me as their client - they didn't find any empty spot for the entire week although I just needed a 10 minute eyebrow treatment, didn't make an exception, no discount, not even apologize great to know I made a 40km ride from home to Amsterdam for nothing will never come back nor recommend it to anyone!

Very very very dirty..they reuse the towel in the room, i was so extreme shocked. She think that i dont see what she did. I am just saying you guys might thing twice before going to this place
