  RUDE! So rude my mom and I were gobsmacked. My mom wanted to order tea, the waitress asked: "What tea" So my mom replies: "Which ones do you serve?" to which the waitress sighed and replied in a very unfriendly manner: "I am not going to list them all for you!"
  It wasn't very busy at that time so the response really caught us off-guard. My mom tried to save the situation and replied with "Okay, well if maybe you have Earl Grey or Darjeeling" "I am NOT going to serve you if you don't speak normal!" Apparently she didn't know any kinds of tea (then she shouldn't have asked without showing the selection available i.m.o.) and was rude, condescending and mean through the whole thing.
  This was some time ago, but the experience was so horrible that it stuck with us. Never again.
