  Nice place, although a bit awkward to reach in pitch dark and rain. Good food, reasonably priced.

  Great place to have a beer before and after walk arround the forest nearby. Large selection of beers available. The finger food is acceptable. Good place to go with kids.

  Great location but bad service, decent food but quite expensive. Tried to signal a waiter for new drinks, we decided to leave after being ignored for 15 minutes. Food was okay but pricy, few vegetarian/diet friendly options.

  The location of 't Hijgend Hert is awesome. In the middle of the forest and what started out as a petting zoo has evolved in this very cozy and large dining cafe with good food, views and atmosphere. If you're near, just go and you won't be disappointed!

  Good service, great menu and plenty of seating options (cosy inside or on the terrace outside when the weather is fine). Perfect place to visit after a walk in the woods.

  Nice location, always busy, always open. And although busy the service is quick and the food is good. And the beer is good too :-) Perfect place for a midwalk break.
