Great service, had very good experience. My bike broke under warranty. I live in the eastern part of the NL. I arranged an appointment and I came with the bike by myself. The guys in the shop helped me a lot - they changed the broken part on the same day in just a few hours, so I didn't have to come to their office again the week after.

Great case. Ordered parts from Budgetfietsparts. Unfortunately a lot went wrong with transport via packs that is also the only point of attention. Get rid of packs and back to Postnl.
Very helpful with finding the package and everything was arranged down to the last detail.

Nice shop and very good parts for a good price.

Thanks to Benn's fun and useful Youtu.be videos, my hobby for refurbishing bicycles has gained momentum. Now I order my parts at budgetfietsmaterialen.nl at very low prices and delivered very quickly. Of course I visited the beautiful store in Leeuwarden and saw how passionately Benn and his employees are 100% ready for the customers. Big compliment!
