Smells like cigarette inside the rooms, really small bathrooms and the floor in the room needs to be a bit cleaner. There is a bus stop 1 minute away from the hotel so that's great.

Right next to a bus stop. The ground floor restaurant was great. Room was comfortable bud the beds were a bit stiff. Bathroom is clean and accommodating. Lighting, outlets, and television were all great.

The Hotel is ok, the rooms and toilets are small and it is about a +2km walk into zaandam centre.
The staff are efficent and courteous.

We arrived at around 9:00 pm. The room is clean, neat. There are everything water bottle, tv, airconditioner, safe box, fridge except slippers. But it's okay. You can go barefood in the room. The floor is made of wood as almost rooms in Holland. Like this hotel!😍

The hotel receptionist when I was checking in was very unfriendly. She looked like I was bothering her instead of trying to do her job. We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and during those three nights our rooms were not cleaned. On the first day, housekeeping didn't even bother to come in and clean our room or replace towels even though we had requested it. The next day, house keeping did come into the room and clean the bathroom but literally placed the bed spread on top of the bed without making the bed and did not take out the trash or anything. I have honestly never been at a hotel that cared so little about the comfort of their customers. The bastion group has a chain of hotels in Europe and based on this one experience, I will never stay at another bastion hotel. BEWARE OF DIRTY ROOMS.

Nice place, very comfortable but a little dirty near the window.
This hotel has a free billiard pool and nice bar.
Twin room is big!
Free wifi, not to fast.

+ Comfortable and clean room with fridge and big bathroom. Big parking area, public bus stop. The restaurant is small, but food is fresh and tasty.
