Every time I visit Nicaragua , I have to go to San Juan del Sur , Hotel Victoriano 5 🌟 , been there three times . Great service and Great Staff, and bay the Beach .

Lovely hotel on the 'bay' of San Juan del Sur. Literally across from the waves . The bed was awesome, great pillows and a light comforter. We left to experience a different hotel half way through our time in SJDS but was back at Victoriano in less then two hours. We only ate breakfast there but it was perfect and they didn't get mad when we brought an avocado to eat with our food! Staff was friendly and the pool although smaller was perfect.

By far the most comfortable beds we slept on in Nicaragua. Very nice and helpful staff. Wonderful view of the sunset in the evening over the bay.

Beautiful hotel, right on the beach. Good air conditioning and hot water. We ate dessert and breakfast in the restaurant, not great and high price on the food, but otherwise great hotel in San Juan.

We spent a week here and recommend it to anyone interested in a quiet, well run hotel. The staff was fantastic, going out of their way to assure our comfort. Views from the front veranda at breakfast were some of the best moments of the day.

The Hotel is okay. The employees are the most rude and unprofessional people in Nicaragua. They have no manners and do not know how to deal with customers. Karen (one of the employees), we, customers, come to your hotel and we paid good money to stay, is not FREE of charge, so I do not understand why you were so rude with us and other customers that were staying in the Victoriano Hotel. There are plenty of hotels in the area, choose wisely, DO NOT STAY AT THE VICTORIANO. Also, breakfast (US$10.00) served with food from the day before, rice and beans very hard, and the eggs were swimming in oil, coffee not included.

Highly overated! It is all in the small details.
Got offered a room with sea view yet they dont tell you is right up the main street so it gets very noisy both at night and really esrly in the mornig.
The "balcony" doors dont really lock when you open them so there is no way to enjoy the sea breeze withouth the hassle of having to opening the door every time there is wind.
No one offered me to help with the bags even though they saw me carrying a small child.
The room was too close to the kitchen so i could heard the noise of the clicking plates and glasses which woke me up very early.
Would not recommed it

A cozy, quiet hotel overlooking the beach, a couple of blocks away from the center of town. There's an interior courtyard, a pool, and free breakfast (I uploaded a photo that says otherwise, but I was wrong and can't change it). The rooms are simple and have air conditioning. Though I'm not sure it's worth the price which, especially for Nicaragua, is very steep. I'm sure there's better value to be found nearby.
