Good , especially the location is centre of the city. No swimming pool though. There are no chairs on the beach, it is not very appealing to swim, so a swimming pool would be nice. Rooms are air conditioned. Breakfast included, as usual no water provided like every where in Nicaragua. I downgraded to 3 stars due to dirty towels. I had left it on the floor to be replaced, it was folded back and left on my bed with the same dirt on it.

Allow me to preface this review with the fact that this hotel was booked for me as a part of my G Adventures group tour. Not only is the customer service lackluster, this hotel is highly unsanitary. Upon my first night, as I prepared to take a shower I noticed there were several small pubic hairs that dotted the shower floor. After further inspection I noticed that there were reddish-brown stains that also dotted the fitted sheet of my bed. I made this known to one of the members of staff immediately. After showing her the stains on the bed she responded, "Okay, I change covers. No problem." She proceeded to set the pillows and exterior sheet aside, ONLY bringing a new, clean fitted sheet. She places the pillows and exterior sheeting that came in to contact with the filthy sheeting, directly over the replacement fitted sheet. This happened only minutes ago and I am ITCHING with utter disgust. I will in no way be able to sleep well in this establishment.

I stayed here as part of the G Adventures Tour and it was my favourite in terms of location and cleanliness/size of room. Awesome apartments with some beautiful views of San Juan.

It is a security place. The room is clean. They have good beds. They included breakfast in price. Without noise. The service corresponding with price.
