  Suited my needs for the price perfectly. Simple but clean rooms with private bathrooms. Hostess was very nice and helped me schedule and pay for a cheap cab to the airport at an inconvenient hour 1130 pm despite the communication barrier.

  I stayed here for a night before getting an early flight out of Managua and it was ideal.
  
  I had a clean room with ensuite bathroom. The staff were great, arranging a taxi and packed breakfast for me. It was 15 minutes drive to the airport. It's also a few minutes walk from a big shopping mall with lots of restaurants.
  
  All in all simple but efficient and good value. I would certainly stay here again.
