I can’t say enough nice things about this place. It has a very nice vibe there, very quiet and chill. The staff is super friendly and fun to hang out with. The room we stayed in was nice and a good value. The location is just a few blocks from the city center. I recommend the banana pancakes for breakfast.

Great staff and nice rooms. The morning pancake ritual is great and there is a fridge (24h) with drinks that works on the honor system. Nice chill space as well.

Easily one of the nicest hostels I've stayed in on my travels The private rooms are great with plenty of fans to keep cool (although it does still get very hot here).

The shower is a power shower which is very warm.

The rooms are clean and towels provided, you can also get drinks and snacks at anytime of the day which is massively convenient.

Staff are amazing here also!

Loved this place. The pet turtles that come in different sizes are a huge highlight, as is the pool table in front of the giant world map. Seriously, I could stare at that thing for hours.

More than 2 yrs of traveling and Tortuga Booluda remains one of the best hostels i´ve stayed in. Greatest kitchen ever, great common area, guitar for playing and free pancakes for breakfast.

I don´t give it 5 stars because the mattreses weren´t that good, which seems odd comparing to the greatness of it all in general.
