Awesome place. Stayed there several times and loved the spectacular views, hammocks and just almost one step from downtown. Best deal in town

Fantastic experience! Safe, clean, well maintained, great neighbors and close to town. We arrived late, stressed and with a serious injury to my hubby's leg and we woke up in the morning to an email from the owner making sure we were okay with the stairs. The staff had told him and he immediately followed up. Couldn't recommend more!

Great place. Booked it for two weeks, it was clean nice outdoor sitting and hamic. Bedrooms where cool at night, fans in all the rooms. All windows open and a nice breez comes in. Kitchen works well and the whole place is a nice space. Parking is hard in steep drive way and lots of steps when coming and going. Enjpyed our time here

Simply the best place to stay in San Juan Del Sur! My wife and I had a wonderful few months at Lobolira. We loved that it was both quiet and within a few minutes walk to the center of town and the beach. The neighborhood was safe and the weekly cleaning was a nice bonus. The hosts Jan Luc and Sandra were extremely helpful and welcoming hosts who made our stay very comfortable. Will stay there again next time we are in San Juan. Thanks!

The Cave-La Cueva
This little escape is so cute. The directions to the location in San Juan del Sur were perfect! Easily walkable from the beach. We hopped off the local bus, had an amazing Bienvenido lunch at The Beach House and sauntered our way here. You'll love the shower and the hammocks are very comfortable. I can see Jesus from here-over on the other mountain top and we're surrounded by happy voices and laughter from every corner. Why don't I live here?! I seriously can't remember a summer evening this peaceful in forever.response / report this review -

Great place, good service from staff people. awesome view and quite to rest I did not gave 5 stars due to the parking spot, it needs some work but anyways, it is a recommendable place

Cada año espero con impaciencia volver a San Juan y hospedarme nuevamente en Lobolira Es un sencillo lugar q por estar en altura te sientes lejos de todo y al bajar y salir sientes la tranquilidad del barrio donde está ubicado La distancia al mar es sorprendente Amo este lugar.. El único inconveniente es q mucho se va la luz en el pueblo y Lobolira aún no cuenta con una planta y la calor es insoportable x q normalmente la luz se va en la noche o en la madrugada Pero en fin me encanta Lobolira
