Just a night here was enough to rate the place 4 stars.

From the reception to the room was smiles all the way by the staff who showed us the rooms for us to make our choice.

Good housekeeping and neat sheets and curtains.

Tasty and well prepared meal.

A bit priceyI recommend.

Small cozy rooms, smell free, semi friendly staff and a quiet surrounding. The reason im not rating this 5 stars is because of the size of the hotel restaurant. Its tiny with just two tables. Everything else pretty good

Traveling can be so stressful more specially in some part of African. The only one thing you need is to have a hotel room that feels home away from home. This is one of the best hotel in Benin City to make you feel just like that Everything seem to be working so well. The help desk is very welcoming. Great respect for their clients.
Rooms are well designed and spacious, the shower and toilet is clean. The bed is soft and comfortable. The pool is well maintained and very inviting though the gym is nonsense. somehow most hotel seem to neglect the gym which is sad. Restaurant is good with a good menu and whatever you may desire. but breakfast is not up to a good standard.
Anytime you are in Benin, come visit this place and you will not be disappointed.

The hotel looks great both inside and outside. The price is also okay. The customer service though is where I will fault this hotel but If you are used to the crappy service they offer in Benin city, this might not be an exception.

A really nice hotel with fare price range when you are visiting benin from out of town. Security is very high and the environment is serene.

Very bad customer service from the man that called himself the manager. Had no good manner of approach to settle an issue. Initially enjoyed my stay but the experience was mared by the manager why checking out all because of a stain on the bed sheet. Very unprofessional

Great place to be, 9ice environment, great security, wonderful and friendly staff members. in fact I always feel so much at home, With 9ice club, bar and great restaurant. Have tried others but westview is the best.

The room is very nice. I stayed few days there and I enjoyed myself. The bar is a little expensive. Fish pepper soup for N1500 is a bit much. Snap for N600 is a bit much.
But I enjoyed myself overall. Nice place.
