Location is in the serene University environment of Ibadan with good road access and ease of commuting. Power was available 24 hours with availability of hot water all day round.
The room entertainment may be improved upon, sake for the wash rooms.

I was to stay in this place overnight with my family,but they didn't have my choice of room . The mattresses were hard/orthopedic type..And,I prefer a soft one.

UI Hotel is a place to stay when you are looking for a serene atmosphere. The adjoining Conference Centre makes it an ideal place for hosting conferences and workshops with about 250 participants. You can also enjoy suya (barbecue) in the evening.

If you don't care about fancy stuff and really just need a place to lay your head then the hotel works. The room has functional air conditioning, heater, reading table and chair, a sofa and TV. The food is cheap when compared to most hotels in the city. Found a cockroach in the fridge. Toilet flush wasn't working. All in all, the hotel is quite old. Serene environment is a plus.

Averagely nice play.
Not so much cash collected at reception. It's not a Sheraton however.
Good enough for relaxation, accomodation, food, drinks and refreshment.
Room reservation.
Plus there are a couple of rentable halls and conference centers.
Really cool power supply.
It's worth a night or two
