I spent two nights at Brighton in preparation for my wedding. The price range if their rooms was N10,500 - 18,000 but I took the rooms for N12, 500. The rooms were very Kempt and tidy with adequate facilities (AC, running water hot/cold etc.) My payment covered breakfast (complimentary) and their staff/attendants were very hospitable. I also had some nice photographic shots at the hotel because of its fine and serene environment. They have swimming pool and two good bars.

I would give this a 4. For a place like Ibadan, and after having tried others with much better rating on jumia, google, this place is truly a diamond in the rough. Hidden gem. I'd almost give a 5 when I think about its overall value. Pricing unbeatable.
Pros: Neat rooms, relatively safe-feel inside hotel, guaranteed power, internet, incredibly helpful staff. Great food, pool. Very comfortable rooms. Nice tasteful decor.
Cons: I personally didnt feel completely relaxed. Its hard to be relaxed ANYWHERE in Ibadan if you are a known foreigner, given all the rumors of kidnaping, and wondering who looks like an informant for ransom. The surrounding location also did not have a GRA feel. More like Oke-Ado street feel.
