Terrible experience with the front desk officer. She was extremely rude. I have never experienced such poor customer service before. I believe as the face of your organization you are meant to represent your organization properly Just too rude I can't recommend here to anyone.. Before you get treated you will be pissed off already.

Waiting time is over 3 hours with a total of 8 persons on queue.
Again, they did not give us adequate information on a call placed earlier ( during the scheduling process). For example, they never mentioned that one can choose to eat prior to appointment- as a result whilst trying to take breakfast after waiting for about 2hrs 57 min; One missed her turn to see the doctor and had to wait again( go back in queue )to see the doctor.
SUGGESTION: I then suggested to rig up a queue screen that would give you a waiting time information and next to be called in( I hope they took it seriously! )response / report this review -
