My visit here was great as google map directed me perfectly to this hospital. The professionalism here is top notch. Neat and fenced environment, the security guard was very courteous and helped me with my bag. Nurses are very friendly and skilled. They have a pool of specialist medical doctors and consultants too. But there is need for the car park to be expanded to accommodate their patients. Accessibility to this facility is good and my experience there was great.

Called the hospital to make enquiries and I was attended to shabbily. The person was talking to someone else and totally ignored me. At the end, I had to hang up

I was on admission for about 2 weeks. Very neat environment and patient friendly wards. The staff are very professional and dedicated. You also get reminders for appointments.this is one of the top rated hospitals for Endocronology. They have regular workshops on maintenance and treatment of Diabetes and have good resource materials.

Services received at Rainbow are very thorough, professional and provided in a personal manner. Of particular note to anyone seeing medical treatment, I have found that the staff take their time to listen to the patients symptoms and conditions and inquire about your specific concerns. This personal care has provided very positive results not only for me but for a host of other people who have been referred to the clinic for resolution of their medical requirements.
