Excellent hospital, perfect environment and optimal medical facilities and experienced doctors and nurses. The layout is superb and maintenance of the facility is top notch. It's well-secured and absolutely calm ambience here. Parking is very generous inside.

Lagoon hospital is one of the few facilities where you can access health care of international standard. The highly proficient and dedicated medical teams are always on ground to give that health care touch that you need.

What kind of hospital doesn’t have a female doctor working. Examination rooms that don’t lock which they except you to be fine with them putting a chair in front so someone doesn’t walk in on you. I paid for 3 exams, they only did 2 and refused to refund me!! Horrible customer service the staff here don’t give a fVck!!

The service was quick. The staff were helpful. And the doctor we saw had passion for his job. And it was clean!

This hospital could be great but for the poor management. They only care about how much money they can get out of the patient. Lagoon hospital lacks the culture that makes patient comfort, time and value top priority.
Each time I’ve had to come here, the decline in service is more apparent.
    Horrible service.
If you value your comfort, time and money go elsewhere.

I was there Sept 2018 and was amazed by the positive transformation. Less, I mean really less wait time for vitals and to see the doctor. No long queue to see a doctor in Lagoon, it felt strange lol. I went again today and this time I need to applaud the mgt of Lagoon Bourdillon, for consistency and quality service delivery. Short wait time AGAIN for everything with FRIENDLIER and more helpful customer service. Less bureaucracy(no confusion between CS and Accounts).
Then there's a guy that ensures quality delivery- like a compliance officer. He enquired regularly if I was been attended and offered to assist when necessary.

Please keep it up. Its really good. I'm impressed. We complained and you listened. 👏👏👏👏

Lagoon Hospitals, Ikoyi is one of a kind. As a member of staff, I can attest to the fact that the investment in people and processes to ensure delivery of quality healthcare in line with the vision of the hospital is remarkable. The work climate is good, the relationship among staff and clients is usually cordial and sustained over time. No system is a perfect one and we strive to improve everyday.

It is an honor to have the opportunity to work in this hospital where the goal is to offer a wide range of clinical services of international standard.

Lagoon Hospitals is setting the pace in Nigeria and I am proud to be a part of this project!

Nice hospital with lovely environment. It has well experienced doctors and nurses. The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming.
Lagoon hospital has many other branches within Lagos. They offer all kinds of medical services.
There is wheelchair accessibility both car park and the main building. They offer ultrasound imaging services.

A great place to be. Had my baby through an emergency surgery and the care was amazing from the specialists, GP'S and nurses. Environment is very neat and excellent customer service.

The hospital environment is neat and accommodating. My issue is with the front desk, they need to be proactive. Doctors should keep to appointment,it is tiring waiting for hours to see a physician in a private setting not because of many patients but because doctors refuse to resume at their duty post at the right time. The nurses at the treatment room were amazing especially the matron.

It takes forever to be attended to. No one seem to care about how you feel or the sense of urgency attached to your complaints. Even general hospital staff attitude is never this bad. The attitude of the admin staff members here is nothing good to write home about

It was not a very pleasant experience. The hospital is terrible at patient care. It takes them an awfully long time to attend to patients and when they eventually do get to the patient, they seem not to bother about the patient's welfare but concern themselves with what works best in the interest of the hospital. It is sad that such a hospital got their priorities upside down.

Nice, serene environment, and guaranteed medical care, however be warned that the wait will be long, except its an emergency.

The process of waiting is frustrating. Processes that can be minimised it they only paid more attention. There are no number tags to even monitor when a person comes or who is next in line. Processes can be digitized or better managed.

Staff (especially the front desk lady) are generally rude and inpatient, it's never a pleasant experience. Too many young and inexperienced doctors.

    Service is terrible.
A simple drug refill takes 90 minutes on the average.
The front desk staff have a terrible attitude.
I asked to get a number or an email for customer complaints and noone in the entire hospital could find that for me.

    TERRIBLE

Very clean environment with young physicians to attend to you. For a first-timer, registration could be a lot frustrating: extremely slow. Waiting time can be between 2-4hrs for a common check. The service does not befit the facility one bit.

Heard so many lovely things about this hospital. Went there today to see a GP, had to leave after two hours of waiting as it was very obvious that the possibility of seeing the GP would take another hour. Their customer service is zero people just doing what they had to do the Nigerian way (not my business wait for your turn). I was so confused i felt i was in the general hospital and to think they got an award for been the best in 2017.

I'm new here but the experience is very bad. Doctors left us in the wait room and left for a meeting for over an hour. One of the female doctor was challenged and she was so RUDE about it. It's very unfair really.
    I'm sorry just disappointed.
