This is a very good place with a good view of Ibadan city as it's located on the hill. It has nice hall for events and also a good swimming pool.

Maybe, also in socio-cultural value.

Uniquely sited on a hill. It's a good place but, not outstanding in services for the money value.

Well, lodging here is more of a social class statement than anything else. Make no mistake, it is a good hotel.

The pool area i big but old and rusty. The life guard was every helpful. The food section by the pool is poor and unkempt and food is not availble readily.
I enjoyed the outing with my sons as the shallow end of the pool is large enough for them to wallow and not be at risk.
Will surely visit again.

Nice and quiet wih fine relaxation gardens. Nice hotel rooms and excellent services. The complimentary breakfast is kingly. I recommend the place.

The location gives a great view of the ancient city of ibadan. A 360' camera will sure deliver a great from the 6th floor.

The hotel itself delivers somewhat of a below par expectation. Quite roomy units but poor quality of furniture and fittings.

The swimming area is the best offering of the hotel. A good barbecue and sitting area around the pool makes it cozy. Ambience should be awesome at night.

The place needs a face-lift to become Ibadan choice relaxation spot.

Enjoyed my stay. Old but classy. It's a great place to be if you want quietness and serenity, but not on their pool side open day. But fun to view the people trooping in and out from your room balcony and you can take pictures of you are an enthusiast.

Two things make premier hotel outstanding. At the top of the list is the bread, closely followed by the swimming pool. Don't ever go to premier hotel without trying either of the two.
