Fairly clean and nice. Food is expensive and takes close to 45mins to prepare

Don't get fooled by the picture of the outside. Okay staff but terrible facility. The towels look like rags and they only give you one a night. The bedspread had holes in it. The rooms have mosquitoes and the bathrooms are horrendous. Never again!

Very friendly and courteous staff, affordable. Although there is a club directly opposite the rooms are properly sound proofed and you dont get disturbed by the noise from there. They have a hot and cold shower with a bath tub. The room service is very satisfactory and complaints are promptly addressed.

Five star for the photoshop skills on hotel's published pictures.
Hip hop party place across from hotel attracts the kind of crowd you dont want to be "rooming" with. Rough crowd - think pants bottoms dropping semi-teenagers. Also, expect mosquitoes. Lots of it. Expect power loss. Hotel policy is to use back up (generator) only in the evening. I think it was 5pm - 10am. Thin sheets on bed. Very thin. Dont expect the room to cool down past 80 or so degrees even with the "AC" and all the inside facing windows in the hotel do not have netting nor wires.response / report this review -

The hotel is far from quiet especially on Friday and Saturday nights. This is because there are two lounge across the street. If you need a hotel to stay for a night out in Ibadan I would recommend this place because of it's proximity to bars, lounge restaurant and Ventura mall

The room i stayed in was neat, newly renovated. Staff polite but backup power service was poor. No generator during the day. Meals were overpriced. Room service charge added to everything ecen water brought to your room
