  iFitness gymnasium is a modern and professional chain facility for aerobics. The Admiralty branch is equipped with sophisticated equipment and gadgets you can find in any standard gym. The trainers are rigorous and professional in their workouts. Membership fee is moderate and you get to socialize with like minds. There is parking lot in front of the building and you can be sure it is secured.

  Really good gym with modern equipment and great customer service, no grumpy staff here o! Nice, friendly atmosphere with personal trainers always on hand to give advice and help with unfamiliar equipment. Special shout out to Wilson who doesn't let you leave till your bones are literally groaning.
