This estate is well organized and clean! You will have to call who you are visiting to call the gate before entry if not you can't go in.

Horrible construction quality, dealing with the aftermath of the use of shoddy materials and lack of supervision of workmen. Terrible leakages caused by pipes of poor quality and even poorer connections.response / report this review -

nice clean estate - they don't have individual security manning each gate, as residents have a remote-control operated gate. nice! i don't live here so i cant speak for how it is run. they have a no domestic staff out the gates without the boss' clearance. which i guess is good for security purposes (although on my 2nd visit there - my friend's nanny left the estate through one of those gates).

Nice estate. Well planned. Central power supply system. No individual is allowed to own a generator, and this makes the environment peaceful and quiet. The breeze from the beach is so refreshing. Will be among the best if trees could be planted on the streets.

It's a lovely housing estate. Great environment, good road network, security is tight to a great degree. Great place to bring up children.

Excellent estate in a prime area of lagos.! Its also very clean, well secured and neighbourly. Safe for raising kids and having a communal family life.
