Most awful experience ever..very unprofessional and untrained staff, no managers in sight!! We booked the "spa" for a bridal shower, but were utterly disgusted by how we were received and treatments were conducted!!! Extremely filthy when we got there! Hotel staff also not up to standard!! Such a disgrace, the Protea Group seriously need to step it up!

Not staying there again, old rooms, old hotel, the lift seems to be operated by hand because it's so shaky. Food is restricted, staff not so great
