If you look for service, honesty, and reliability -look no further! This small family company delivers Bigger and Better!
We got upgraded a few days before arriving in Namibia to the latest of the latest: a Toyota hilux with 4 km on counter as we took it for our 3000 km spin around this breathtaking country. For someone that is NOT a camper I must admit this was an exceptional experience, but traveling in Africa for the first time ever, accompanied by my 3 small children, the fact this agency went out of their way to make this trip safe and perfect made the whole difference. Regulation, instructions, assistance.
Top this with the fact that they helped us to book all the stops, supported our whims and u-turns, and delivered what they promised , I could not remove a shadow of the 5 stars
-->You should know that the car will beep like crazy when you pass the speed limit, something that drove my husband crazy , but that made me quite happy :))))
I'm more of the grumpy French type with the Swedish attitude to service and honesty ( the horror mix ) , but I can recommend this agency without any doubt.
I must also add that not only did they pick us up in the airport upon arrival, drove us to the hotel after we returned their car, but they had the kindness to drive us to the airport the following day which was 6 am! I mean come on who does that ??!!
Go for it. Go for self drive. Travel with your kids. Fall in love with Namibia.

Alquilamos un 4x4 con roof tent en Septiembre 2017 (24 días). Quedamos encantados con el coche y el personal . No tuvimos ningún problema- gracias a las ruedas no pinchamos, gracias al mantenimiento nos respondió durante 24 días en las carreteras de Namibia y Botswanana (estas últimas con mucha arena y más complicadas ), Buen equipamiento de camping y cómodo. REPETIRÍAMOS SIN DUDARLO!
El personal muy atento e intenta ayudarte en todo lo que pueda.
Si tengo que dar un consejo sería que pusierais en GPS la dirección para devolver el coche (debieron de cambiar la ubicación y no lo encontramos con facilidad, pero creo que eso ya está solucionado)response / report this review -

We rented a 4x4 vehicle at Melbic Car Rentals end of august 2017 and would always do it again. Everything was perfect. The car was great, the staff very friendly and we were picked up at the airport. We have rented cars in Africa before but we would definitly recommend Melbic car Rentals and go there if we need a car in Namibia again.
