The deposit was more than double what I was told it would be when making the booking.

They eventually had to give me an upgrade because the car I had booked wasn't clean.

The car I got had a lot of scratches.

It took me more than hour to process my booking. The manager and Sunni are the only reason they didn't get 1 star.

No one can explain the fees and no one takes responsibility for the mess up!
