your service was good, however Britz, which was the company we got the car from, gave initially bad service and had to replace the car twice, disrupting our plans.

Good welcome. Very clear explanation of conditions. Went to the outlet on Long Street at the City Sight Seeing bus stop. Got a good car from Bidvest car rental. No issues. Recommended.

Our Nissan Single Cab and it's equipment was old, noisy, with a lot of kilometres, not so stable and the sevice belt broke during the travel. Maybe coulded be better choose a Toyota or made sure that the rented vehicle wasn't so old.

The car wasn't cleaned on the outside, and I am still waiting for the money to be unblocked from my account. Also, it was clear that someone was smoking in the car before I got it, with that very bad smell. I drove with the windows open for a while to let it disappear. Also the car had a bump on the back bumper, and bad scratches on the front right light. I would've assumed that you are renting me a car that is supposed to be in a new condition. I was not at all happy with this rental, as I went to Pretoria for business with this car. Also, I asked for an Audi A3, and I phoned earlier the day to confirm whether the car will be there, but when I got there, I received a VW Jetta.

The guy at bidvest wasted our time. When we get there there was no cars. We had to wait for +- two hours to get the car.
