Everything you need after a long drive: safe, spacious rooms, nice restaurant that is open until late, and good price. Not luxurious, but very functional and clean.

Food is great. A bit pricey and some of the staff isn't as friendly. But they have some delicious pizza and iced coffee. Also, iced coffee means it's coffee with ice cream.

Lovely place to stay in Keetmanshoop. The manager and staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is yummy!

I liked the staff most of all. Apparently the owners are trying hard to closely oversee them and it works; the guys are going out of their way to help you out.
The rooms themselves are simplistic yet functional. You can park your car on the premises for security reasons.
Small patio inside where you can have a dinner or breakfast cozy enough. I liked the hotel.

To the public, this serves as enlightenment, so that if you wish to visit this establishment, you stand to risk your dignity. Saturday, 22/04/17 at around 21H00 we were a mixed group of youthful male and female locals. Upon arrival we experienced how we were passed by, by the waiting staff. We needed to go back to reception to get the attention of a waiter. She arrived after 15min and mumbled the word 'yes', but shockingly she came with 1 menu that we also needed to ask her to leave at the table while she can see we are 8. Before leaving one of us asked for a glass of water, and the waiter responded by saying there are no glasses. After enquiring why, her response was that the other waiters was to busy serving the group of European customers and no one can wash up the dishes. After 15min again she came out with the 2 pizzas we ordered telephonically, throwing it on to the tables. She also literally failed to set up the table with smaller plates and so. At that moment we realised why she was reluctant to help us and had this angry tone of voice. After a rounded decision we decided to take the two pizzas back ourselves and demanded to talk to management. To our shock the manger at that point side stepped our plight and called their security operator plus the local police who was there in a flash. We asked management why we are being given this treatment, and surprisingly the waiter interrupted claiming she did nothing wrong. The manager did not respond to our question and rather assumed that if we leave it will be considered theft. Nampol came, whether to mediate or convict us, but no one could answer to the question why were we treated so inhumanely compared to our European counterparts, Oh yes, guess how it got resolved. We revealed our identities, and at that point the receptionist interrupted and said the 2 pizzas they sold to someone else, so we need not to pay as suggested by Nampol. 27 years after, prejudice and discrimination is still practised. What A Shame!
