We had some family stay in the luxury campsites while we were in a villa. Both were excellent. Well maintained, has plenty of hot water, and WiFi is available

Lovely conference facilities. Would like management to consider discounted accommodation for Namibians.

Very prompt service given by Arebbusch.
Requested a faulty lock to be fixed on my door, was done the same day. Needed a hairdryer in the room was supplied with one.
    Thank you.
Just need to sort out the Cold room as the heater doesnt work and i will give Arebbusch 5 ☆ Will sort out with Reception.
The restaurant serves a decent variety of meals. Have been eating there almost every night and i am booked to stay for 9 nights. They have Amazing Cocktails!

I've only been there once. The stuff is kind, friendly and helpful. It seems there are 3 types (levels) of houses, A, B and C. I've been in C. It was nice. Smallish room, 1 big shower, and 1 toilet in another small room. There is a TV with a DSTV decoder. There is a bar near the reception, as well as a place to dine, also near the reception. And also a swimming pool.

The place is unassuming peaceful. Feels like a game lodge but in an industrial area. Restaurant service is not that great. Food is monotonous. Breakfast mediocre. Staff are pleasant. Rooms and chalets are great!

Great place to stay if you in Windhoek or passing through .

Self catering is great and has more of less everything you’ll need .

    Aircon 👍
Reasonably quiet but is next to Eros airport so some helicopter action sometimes and some small aircraft taking off .

Burger here and shandy is a winner although the restaurant is a bit slow it serves nice reasonably priced food .

Stayed here for 7 weeks so far , so have a good idea of how it is .

They clean everyday and have a great and affordable clothes washing from front desk , same day reception !

Very nice clean rooms with parking at your door. The restaurant closed at 20h00 the day we arrived after a 12hour drive which was a bit disappointing. I phoned in earlier that day and the lady did not mentioned that the restaurant will close at 20h00 to do pest control

Beautiful setting. Although you are in the city, it feels like you are in the Bush. Amazing food, helpful staff, wonderful pool and the rooms are spotlessly clean. I liked the fact that there is a boomgate with 24 hour security guards manning it. I felt safe.

Excellent value for the money. Breakfast is large and has a good variety of options. The staff are helpful, and the premises are clean. Nice to take evening strolls around the Lodge in a safe place. Free wifi is limited to 500mb per device per day. Close to the Grove mall and other attractions for kids. Will continue to be a repeat customer.

Perfect place to stopover in Windhoek. Great birding just in the campsite, and rooms were basic but very clean and well placed.

Of all my travels this has been the worst of my experiences. While premises are good the staff at the lodge are rude and bordering on racist. One would think it was a free stay. I would never recommend anyone to stay there

Great location. Near to shops, malls, etc. but you get the feel you are in the bush. Self Catering or B&B.

Villa had everything we needed and more. Great braai area outside, comfy beds and a small lawn for the kids to play on. Lots of secure parking as well. Lovely kitchen with all the cutlery and appliances you normally have at home: dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster, etc.

The grounds are lovely! It has a natural landscape that makes for pleasant walking. The rooms are situated a bit more like cabins and each has private outdoor deck with picnic table and a private carport as well. A lovely buffet meal is served.

Have been there for a couple of times with the family for lunch and I've always come out satisfied. Prices are generally ok and the food is very nice compared to other places I have been to. The buffet also helps, as you can sample all the food you would want to eat for a base price. Lots of parking space and very secure and uninterrupted eating
